Welcome to DateClub, a social messaging and community platform developed and operated by SANKAVI SOLUTIONS. By creating an account or using DateClub, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using DateClub.

2. Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
• You are responsible for all activities performed using your account.

3. User Conduct (Community Guidelines)

• No harassment, bullying, or hate speech – treat everyone with respect.
• Do not post NSFW (Not Safe For Work), violent, or illegal content. This is a friendly social space.
• Do not spam, scam, or impersonate others.
• This is NOT a dating platform. Do not use DateClub to solicit romantic or sexual relationships.

4. Child Safety Standards

DateClub is an 18+ social messaging and community service. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation, sextortion, or any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.

• Users must not create, upload, request, share, distribute, or facilitate CSAM, CSAE, grooming, or the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
• Users can report suspected child-safety violations through the in-app Report feature. This includes reporting a user or message using reasons such as Underage or Child Safety Concern.
• Users can also contact our child-safety point of contact through Help & Feedback or by emailing support@dateclubapp.in.
• Child-safety reports are treated as urgent and are subject to administrative review. Depending on the findings and applicable policies, enforcement may include restricting or removing content or access, banning an account, or determining that no violation occurred.
• Where CSAM, CSEA, or another reportable child-safety incident is confirmed, DateClub will handle the case and report or cooperate with the appropriate regional or national authorities when required by applicable law or platform requirements. For reports in India, the relevant reporting channel may include the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.
• The app's Open Authority Portal action opens the official reporting portal for the administrator. The administrator submits the report manually. The app's Record Authority Report function then records the completed authority report and its reference number in the internal audit trail; it is not an automatic submission to an authority.

5. Content Ownership

• You retain full ownership of the content (text, photos, posts) you share.
• By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and operate your content within the app.

5. Premium Subscription

DateClub may offer Premium features through Google Play Billing. Premium subscriptions provide access to additional features and benefits available only to Premium users.

• Payments are securely processed by Google Play.
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled through your Google Play account.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions.
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies.

7. Account Deactivation and Permanent Deletion

• You can deactivate your account from within the app. Your account is hidden from normal use and can be recovered by signing in again within 30 days.
• If a deactivated account is not recovered within 30 days, the account and associated personal data are permanently removed by our scheduled deletion process.
• You can also choose permanent account deletion from within the app. Permanent deletion cannot be undone.
• If you cannot access the app, contact support@dateclubapp.in to request deletion.

8. Service Availability

• We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

• DateClub is provided "as-is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app alerts.
