Welcome to DateClub, a social messaging and community platform developed and operated by SANKAVI SOLUTIONS. By creating an account or using DateClub, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using DateClub.

2. Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
• You are responsible for all activities performed using your account.

3. User Conduct (Community Guidelines)

• No harassment, bullying, or hate speech – treat everyone with respect.
• Do not post NSFW (Not Safe For Work), violent, or illegal content. This is a friendly social space.
• Do not spam, scam, or impersonate others.
• This is NOT a dating platform. Do not use DateClub to solicit romantic or sexual relationships.

4. Content Ownership

• You retain full ownership of the content (text, photos, posts) you share.
• By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and operate your content within the app.

5. Premium Subscription

DateClub may offer Premium features through Google Play Billing. Premium subscriptions provide access to additional features and benefits available only to Premium users.

• Payments are securely processed by Google Play.
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled through your Google Play account.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions.
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies.

6. Service Availability

• We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

• DateClub is provided "as-is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app alerts.
